The First Troop Philadelphia Chapter is proud to relaunch after a period of dormancy—renewing our commitment to serving the Army Aviation community in the greater Philadelphia area. The chapter was initially formed to provide a more accessible option for Pennsylvania Guard members based in and around Philadelphia, as the nearest chapter at the time, Keystone Chapter, is located two hours away at Fort Indiantown Gap. While the region no longer hosts manned Air Cavalry units, we continue to have a strong community of aviators and soldiers interested in Army Aviation. With the growing role of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) in the Guard—especially within ground cavalry and infantry units—our local aviation ties are only strengthening. We are excited to welcome a new wave of members, including Raven UAS operators from A/1-104th Cavalry Squadron. The First Troop Philadelphia Chapter is back and ready to serve!
