Unmanned Aircraft Systems Soldier of the Year Award

• Deadline for submission of Nomination Packet is August 1st of the subsequent year.
• All information in the Summary and Support Documents must have occurred between August 1 – July 31 of the year that the nomination is being submitted.

CRITERIA

Sponsored by General Atomics, this National Award is presented "to the Army Unmanned Aircraft Systems soldier that has made an outstanding contribution to or innovation in the employment of Unmanned Aircraft Systems over and above the normal missions assigned during the awards period encompassing August 1 – July 31." Candidates must be Army Aviation military and must be actively involved in the field of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Membership in the AAAA is not a requirement for consideration.
