AAAA offers many different opportunities for our members, both corporate and individual, Chapters and Heritage Foundations to donate. One of the easiest is to donate online by going to the AAAA website www.quad-a.org and make a contribution. Remember that 100% of your donation goes to support our Soldiers and their families as AAAA pays for all overhead costs associated with operating the Scholarship Foundation.

For our chapters the Scholarship Foundation has a chapter matching program based on the size of the chapter and funds available. The tiered categories for award matching are based on membership numbers established at the beginning of each calendar year. Super Chapters (751 members and larger) will be matched up to $3,000, Master Chapters (301-750 members) will be matched up to $4,000 while both Senior and AAAA Chapters (300 and fewer members) will be matched up to $5,000. These matching funds can be used to either build a perpetual Chapter grant or on an annual basis where the funds are donated, matched and disbursed in the year received.

Our corporate members also have the opportunity to establish a matched Corporate Perpetual Grant. For those corporations with gross earnings less than ten million dollars the match is up to $15,000 and for those corporations with gross earnings of ten million dollars or greater the match is up to $10,000. Each type of corporate grant must be matched within a five-year period from the General Fund, and is subject to General Fund availability and shall be awarded in perpetuity in accord with the wishes of the donor corporation, consistent with Foundation policy, unless otherwise stipulated. While all donations to a corporate fund are accepted, only those received directly from the corporate sponsor will be matched.

In addition, the Scholarship Foundation sponsors Heritage Scholarships whereby another unit or veterans association may establish a Heritage Perpetual Matching Fund with the intent of keeping the sponsoring unit/organization's name alive in perpetuity. Heritage Perpetual Scholarships are matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000 within a ten-year period from the General Fund subject to General Fund availability and shall be awarded in perpetuity in accord with the wishes of the donor association, consistent with Foundation policy, unless otherwise stipulated. While all donations to a Heritage Fund are accepted, only the first $10,000 received directly from the sponsoring association will be matched.

Many AAAA members, friends of Army Aviation, relatives of deceased members, AAAA National and Chapter activities, and private businesses make financial contributions to the Foundation. The Foundation also accepts contributions made in memory of an individual. If the contributions made in the memory of an individual total $1,000 or more, a scholarship named in the memory of the individual will be awarded. Permanent (funded) scholarships in memory of an individual are also accepted and matched. These scholarships are endowed by grants from sponsoring individuals, subject to General Fund availability and matched dollar for dollar up to $15,000 within a five-year period from the General Fund and shall be awarded in perpetuity in accord with the wishes of the donor individual, consistent with Foundation policy, unless otherwise stipulated. While all donations to an Individual Fund are accepted, only the first $15,000 received directly for the honored individual will be matched.
