Air/Sea Rescue Award

• Deadline for submission of Nomination Packet is September 1st of the subsequent year.
• All information in the Summary and Support Documents must have occurred between September 1 and August 31 of the year that the nomination is being submitted.

CRITERIA

Sponsored by UTC Aerospace, this National Award will be presented "to the crew or crew member who has performed a rescue using a personnel rescue hoist that saved the life or eased the suffering of an individual or individuals during the awards period encompassing September 1 through August 31." A candidate for this Award must be U.S. Army, Active or Reserve Component, and must have had an active role in an air rescue effort using a personnel rescue hoist. Membership in the AAAA is not a requirement for consideration.
