• Deadline for submission of Nomination Packet is January 1st of the subsequent year
• All information in the Summary and Support Documents must have occurred between January 1 and December 31 of the year that the nomination is being submitted.

CRITERIA

Sponsored by Bell Helicopter Textron, this award is presented annually by AAAA "to the enlisted soldier (E4 and below) serving in an Army Aviation assignment who has made an outstanding individual contribution to Army Aviation during the awards period encompassing the previous calendar year." Membership in AAAA is not a requirement. A candidate for this award must be serving in an Army Aviation assignment in the active U.S. Army or the reserve components, and must have made an outstanding individual achievement.
